"Needed Mohs surgery to remove a skin cancer on my nose. Following the off site procedure, it looked pretty nasty. However, Dr Kim patched me up very nicely. Two weeks later, no one except me really notices. Bit of a scar, which Dr Kim explained will fade over time with the help of an OTC silicone treatment. Following as necessary Staff super friendly & professional. Shannon on the deck most pleasant & helpful. A real delight. While hoping I won’t need to go back (LOL), it’s good to know that Dr Kim and his staff are there if the need ever arises again."
"Dr. Kim & staff have been nothing but professional and polite since I was referred to them by my primary care. I had a septorhinoplasty performed 3 weeks ago on my badly crooked deviated septum to improve breathing, as well as to cosmetically improve the appearance of my nose. While I’m still in recovery and swollen, I am very pleased with the results thus far, and only expect the outcome to improve over the next year. "I cannot believe how my breathing has improved since my rhinoplasty. I knew Dr. Kim would do a great job with my appearance but could never have imagined how my breathing would improve. For the first time I can remember, I’m able to take full, deep breaths through both nostrils. My sense of smell is much improved and I am having the most restful sleep I have ever had. "I was diagnosed with skin cancer on my nose. Very scary being told you have to cut your forhead off and place it on your nose but if it must be done this is the guy in Syracuse that you want to do it. Stitches were amazingly small and well done, leaving minimal scarring... Takes time to let novacaine start to work before jamming more in. (Anyone having novacaine shots into nose will appreciate this believe me). Would highly recommend to anyone needing a nose flap."

"My experience with Dr. Kim and his staff during my rhinoplasty experience was phenomenal. When I knew I wanted to take the next steps to actually getting this procedure done I began to research doctors around Syracuse, NY and in the state of New York. What impressed me most about Dr. Kim is that he is a dual board certified facial plastic surgeon. This meant that he had had training in both otolaryngology and facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. This was important in my decision of choosing Dr. Kim because this showed me that not only did he know how to aesthetically improve the appearance of my nose, but that he had a deep understanding of the anatomy and structure of the nose. Dr. Kim’s exceptional education and training at UC Berkley and Harvard Medical School were another reason that lead to my decision of having a rhinoplasty performed by him. The office allowed me to have two free consultations with Dr. Kim. The first consultation was so pleasant and the staff including Mary, practice administrator and patient concierge, were so accommodating. After the first consultation, I had further discussion with my parents and wanted another consultation with Dr. Kim so my parents could meet Dr. Kim and ask questions. Dr. Kim went in-depth about the procedure and his philosophy about how he achieves the natural nose appearance for each of his patients. One aspect of the consultation that impressed me the most was how he did not just focus on my nose, but looked at my facial structure and features and discussed how he would make my nose more harmonious with my face. The day of surgery was so comfortable with each member of the staff being so great at answering all my questions. The recovery after surgery was very smooth, with minimal to no pain. The office set me up very well with how to take care of nose after surgery to promote the best healing. I am so happy with my decision of choosing Dr. Kim. Friends, family and co-workers who knew that I was going to have this procedure do not stop complimenting my nose and how natural it appears on my face even though they can tell there is much improved aspects of my nose. Most importantly, I am SO happy with my nose. It has only been about three weeks since my surgery and the results are amazing. I can only imagine how great the next few weeks of continuous heeling are going to be on the appearance of my nose. Syracuse, NY is so lucky to have such an exceptional facial plastic surgeon."

"AMAZING - Unbelievably I had the opportunity to have a nasal revision surgery with Dr.Kim with whom is nothing less than a GIFT to this area! Syracuse has never seen anything like this - His expertise and level of skill was felt and brought forth in every aspect of my experience from start to finish. I had a revision surgery to my nose and having had an initial excrutiating experience (complete with 2 black eyes) I was trying to brace myself. I can honestly say that I was breathing through both nostrils - the same day as surgery, could smell, could taste and was not in pain at all (no black eyes)! "When I went to my initial visit with Dr. Kim, I went there for a skin tag on my face. When he saw me he immediately saw that there was something wrong with my nose. Myself never noticed it except it was crooked a little bit. He advised me after a good look at it thatnmy nose should be fixed and repaired. He did surgery on my nose and I'll tell you what. I have never been able to smell like I can now. He did a terrific job on my nose. Never been happier. I would recommend him hands down. A great Dr and person.
