The staff is absolutely professional and pleasant to work with for setting an appointment, greeting me as a patient, and taking care of me throughout the appointment. Dr. Kim is very soothing, explains things thoroughly, and has a terrific bedside manner. He instill confidence in me and makes me feel comfortable about having an uncomfortable procedure!
