CNY facial surgery group located in Brittonfield Syracuse, New York is highly recommended. Dr Kim and his staff are exceptionally courteous and go out of their way to make sure that the patient is comfortable at all times. I had a clear understanding of the procedure how it was going to happen and what I needed to do for recovery. Hopefully I don’t need to go back, but if I do, Dr Kim is who I’m gonna see.

Everyone is kind, caring, helpful and professional! Here are my takeaways: Do your research and come prepared with all your questions, for your initial consultation as well as any follow up appointments. Follow up appointments can be quick so having a list of questions beforehand will be beneficial. I wish there was a support group as I feel it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone who had gone through the same procedures as I did. An FAQ section of typically asked questions on the website may be helpful, but I know this may be hard as each person is different. It’s a journey, emotionally as well as financially, so communicate your expectations, fears, etc. Be prepared to practice patience along your healing journey and don't hesitate to contact the office if you need anything or have questions. Everyone is very helpful! I’m so glad I did it and wish I did it sooner. I feel more confident thanks to Dr. Kim and crew! Overall, I had a very positive experience and am happy with my results. For my sister to compliment me on how awesome I look says volumes. I look forward to having other procedures done in the future!
